Dakota Holdings is adding Jeff Fink to the team as their in-house legal counsel starting in September of 2023. Jeff has a BBA-Finance from Baylor University & a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas Law School. Jeff worked for a large Dallas law firm for ten years, in-house for a prominent Dallas family for ten years and then in private practice for the last 18 years at the law firm of Apple & Fink, LLP in Coppell, Texas. He primarily helped clients with real estate and business transactions. Outside of work, Jeff has been heavily involved in the community including coaching youth sports team, volunteering at his church and serving as a Director of the Coppell ISD Education Foundation, the Carter Blood Care Foundation and Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity. Jeff and his wife Phyllis have three adult children and four grandchildren. We are excited for Jeff to be joining the team.
